Estimates
Estimates are on a case by case basis. If you bring a TV or any other Electronics in for repair the verbal Estimate is free, but if you refuse the estimate and want to pick up the item, there is a fee for looking at the item, which runs from $10.00-$50.00 depending on the item. Again, if you decide not to repair the item after the free verbal estimate is provided to you and you want to pick up your non-repaired item there will be a charge, no exceptions. All service calls in the home have a $55.00 service charge.
